In brief: This notice explains information used to operate a travel and camp organizer store, the technologies that may be involved, and the privacy choices available under applicable law.
Information created by shopping and asking for help
We receive names, contact details, delivery and billing information, selected items, order and transaction identifiers, and messages supplied through checkout, accounts, email, phone, or the contact form. Payment providers process card credentials; we may receive payment status and limited transaction details rather than a complete card number. We also receive carrier tracking, return details, and device or browser information when you use the site.
A question about fitting a pouch or planning a trip might reveal intended destinations or dates. Share only what is needed to answer the question. A destination mentioned in a support message is not treated as a shipping address unless you provide it for an order.
Why we use information
We use information to process payment and orders, deliver products, provide tracking, answer product questions, handle cancellations and returns, protect checkout against fraud, keep records required for operations or law, and maintain the storefront. We use service providers only for functions they perform for us, including Shopify hosting, payment processing, delivery, support, and technical operation. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights, or as part of a lawful business transition, subject to applicable safeguards.

Necessary cookies and similar storage support checkout, security, and basic site operation. Preference tools may remember choices. Analytics and advertising cookies or pixels, if enabled, may measure visits or connect interactions with advertising. If enabled on this store, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing, Enhanced Conversions, or personalized advertising tools may measure visits and ad interactions. If Enhanced Conversions is enabled, it may send hashed identifiers such as an email address or phone number to the advertising provider to match or measure an interaction. Hashing does not necessarily make those identifiers anonymous; they may still be personal information under applicable law. A footer icon or this notice is not consent to nonessential tracking. The map request
The Google map on our contact area loads directly. Google may receive your IP address, browser information, and the map request when it loads, under its own privacy practices. The map marks our correspondence address only; it is not a retail or return location. You can use the written address and contact channels without interacting with the map.
Retention, security, and processing location
We keep order and support records for the time reasonably needed for the transaction, returns, accounting, legal duties, and disputes, then delete or de-identify them when appropriate. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Shopify and other providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries, subject to their applicable protections.
Children and people outside the United States
This store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect a child’s information for direct shopping without appropriate authorization. Contact us if you believe that happened. Our shipping area is the 50 U.S. states and DC; visiting from elsewhere can still involve cross-border processing of site data.
Rights and opt-outs that may apply
Depending on your state and circumstances, including under California’s CCPA/CPRA and other applicable state laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability; opt out of a sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive uses where applicable; and receive equal service without unlawful retaliation. Advertising disclosures can qualify as sharing even without a money payment. Use Your Privacy Choices for available opt-out controls or email us with “Privacy request.” Supported Global Privacy Control signals are handled by Shopify’s privacy mechanisms where applicable to that browser or device. A browser choice may not identify all accounts or devices.
Requests, agents, deadlines, and appeals
Tell us the right requested and enough detail to locate the record. We may verify identity or an agent’s authority proportionately using account access or limited matching details; we never need a card CVV or password. An authorized agent can provide proof of authority, and where permitted we may confirm with you directly. We answer within the period required by the law that applies to the request. For example, qualifying verified California requests generally have a 45-day initial response period, with a lawful extension notice if needed; other rights or opt-outs may have shorter periods. If we decline a request, we explain the reason as law permits. Where an appeal right applies, email “Privacy appeal,” identify our decision, and explain the concern; we review it within the applicable period and provide any further regulator route required by law.
