In brief: These terms govern use of the maleshe storefront and orders from this independent online retailer. Product listings and the linked policies provide order-specific details.
Using the site and your account
Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape personal information, or infringe others’ rights. A purchaser must have legal capacity or appropriate authorization to place the order.
What an organizer listing promises
The selected size or option, quantity, stated dimensions, materials, closures, and included pieces are the basis of the offer. Images may show gear used with a pouch or camp organizer without including that gear. Measurements labeled approximate and material descriptions labeled estimated or inferred are not manufacturer verification. Screen colors can vary. Do not infer waterproofing, food contact suitability, load capacity, or compatibility from a lifestyle photo where the listing does not state it. Ask us before ordering about an essential unlisted requirement.
Order acceptance, prices, and payment
Prices are in USD. Review item price, tax, free Standard shipping where eligible, and total at checkout before submission. An acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order, not fulfillment of an unavailable or invalid item. If availability, verification, or a material listing error prevents fulfillment, we explain options and promptly refund collected payment if the order is canceled; we do not impose a retroactive price increase on an accepted order without agreement. Delivery and an unshipped order
Our configured area covers the 50 U.S. states and DC, including Alaska and Hawaii, and excludes territories and AA/AE/AP military addresses. Standard shipping is free without a minimum. Usual processing is 1–2 business days and estimated post-dispatch transit is 2–4 business days, for an estimated 3–6 business days total. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are not guaranteed arrival dates. If dispatch will be late, we notify you and offer a revised date or cancellation with prompt refund. Contact us quickly for an unshipped change or cancellation; a change after dispatch is not guaranteed. Details are in the Shipping Policy.
Returns and protected remedies
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, undamaged, and complete. Approved eligible returns receive a prepaid label at our cost, with no restocking fee; we do not offer exchanges. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. An unshipped cancellation does not require return inspection. Defective, damaged, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Store content and third-party services
The maleshe name, site text, and design may be protected by intellectual property law. Personal shopping use does not grant permission for commercial copying beyond what law permits. Third-party marks and product names remain their owners’ property; we do not claim manufacturer affiliation or endorsement unless a listing supports it. Shopify, checkout providers, carriers, and Google Maps provide separate services and may have their own terms and privacy notices. maleshe remains responsible for its retail commitments. Availability, law, and resolving concerns
The site can have outages or mistakes. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent lawful and reasonable and does not remove remedies for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, defective or misdescribed goods, an express promise, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived. Applicable U.S. federal and state law governs as relevant; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive court. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining lawful terms continue. Dated changes do not retroactively remove rights from an existing order. Contact us with an order concern so we can review a resolution.
